About Us
Woodscape Homeowners Association
In 1983, builders Rosen-Michaels Inc. subdivided property in McKownville, creating the Woodscape urban development community. All owners of real property within Woodscape are a part of the Woodscape Homeowners Association (WHOA) as defined by their deeds. The Association includes 171 units of townhomes and single-family-homes located on Woodscape Drive, Ridgewood Circle, Greenhill Court, Townwood Drive, Top Ridge Drive, Timberside Court, Sand Pine Lane, as well as two single-family-homes on McKown Road.

- The HOA meets annually to discuss the business of the association. The meeting includes the election of Board Members for the fiscal year (July 1 to June 30). A list of the current board members can be found here: Board of Directors.
- The Board meets monthly or as necessary to discuss and make decisions on behalf of the Homeowners Association.
